What they want:

Short Pulp Fiction, work that could've fit between Robert E. Howard and H.P. Lovecraft in an issue of Weird Tales back in 1927. We plan on running a few short stories and a few poems per issue, but flash stories have a much greater chance of being accepted.

The short answer, though, is we simply want great stories.

Length: Up to 2,500 words
Payment: Pays 5 cents per word for fiction, 5 cents per word or a flat $20 for poetry (whichever is greater)
Submission Guidelines: http://phobosmagazine.com/submissions/

Note: Has themed issues with deadlines.  Please check the publisher's submission guidelines page to see 1) whether they are currently open to submissions and 2) what the current theme is.
